Do you sell gift cards?
Great news! We now offer gift cards that are perfect for an upcoming mom, for picky people or those ever hard-to-pleases. With a gift card, they can choose exactly what they want, making it the perfect gift. You can select any value to $500 to make it exactly what you need.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
We are thrilled that you have chosen our business for your needs! While we are unable to offer same day shipping due to the custom nature of our products, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We will work tirelessly to ship your order as soon as possible and exceed your expectations. If you have any urgent needs, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you!
What is your return policy?
We take special care to preserve and enhance the elegance of the quality materials we use for our products. Unfortunately, errors happen from time to time. If something slipped through our quality control process and you received a defective product, we always want to please our customers and ensure they are satisfied. We would like to apologize and will make it right as soon as possible; we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase in original condition. We do require you to contact us for a Return Authorization Approval before returning any item. Please use our contact support form on our website and to speed up the process, please include the following information:
*Your name and postal code as it appear on your packing slip.
*Your daytime telephone number in case we need to call you.
*A brief note describing the defect.
We will review and respond to you within 48 hours to let you know if your return is approved. If we approve you will be required to ship back the item to us at your expense, and please notify us upon your completion of this. We will prepare the replacement product and ship out immediately upon receipt at our expense.
If you no longer want the item, you purchased or purchased an item in error, please note we do not issue refunds for this. We can accept the original unused product, still in original packaging back (as long as not a custom order) within 30 days of purchase and will charge a $5.00 restocking fee. Upon return and confirmation of product being resalable we will issue a store credit that you can use for up to 180 days in the store. Please note the return of the product, and shipping costs for any new item being purchased as replacement, is at the expense of the purchaser. We do require you to contact us for a Return Authorization Approval before returning any item. If your product is damaged, do you see evidence of tampering with the package? If your package seems to be "punctured" or "opened and resealed," please check the contents very carefully. All products that leave our office are brand new and undamaged. Our products are handmade with the utmost care and are packaged with that same care. But once a package leaves our office, it's up to the postal system to handle it with care. Please use our contact support from on our website to make us aware and we will work with you best we can to make you satisfied with your experience with us.
